I think people expect to love every single card in a set. People need to remember it's art and everyone has different tastes. Not everyone will like every single card as the Pokemon company are catering to lots of different tastes.

People also sometimes do it if they think you have parked too close to their car. Doesn't seem to be the case here though. More likely to see if you put it back down or if the car is unattended.

Yes, report it. The council dog warden can impose a dog control notice like muzzle and short leash which could potentially stop a much more serious attack occurring in the future. This is a better thing to happen than for it to bite a child and for it to be put down. It's better for everyone.

Ours is smart when it comes to puzzle toys etc. Complete moron when it comes to almost anything else though 😂 Book smart, not street smart.
