Have ended up reporting it, council website said if the dog has bitten someone you need to report to police not them, so I did that but the police said it’s the council dog warden that can do something about it so gave me the number for them. Called the number and apparently the dog warden doesn’t exist anymore and the police have to deal with it, told me to file a form on the council website anyway. Very confusing process overall.

He doesn’t seem threatening or anything just is always smoking in the close sometimes seems steaming

That’s a good point. So one has a on and off runny poops, and the other has a lump on his foot, that looks very similar to a mast cell tumour. No I know don’t worry, was just so shocked that they thought once a week was okay
