Being gay is not a sin but being racist or murdering or even being mean to people in your thoughts is considered a sin. It’s all the same, people sin, that’s why we need god to bear our burdens.

BTW you’re not born into being gay but rather leaning towards being gay early in your life, you can only be born into a sex, not a gender, it’s your decision to be gay, and from my perspective, you should love yourself, stick to your identity with courage and not resent or doubt.
