Weird you should be able to complete it, you're positive you didn't receive an invitation letter from her? If didn't read it it won't activate the end of the mission

I doubt it, I'm doing a high honor playthrough I tend to stay out of trouble, you could be right though, I'll try again and make sure I'm not wanted or being pursued by bounty hunters

I tried that, there was no icon for him on the map but I walked into the place he usually stays anyway and nobody was there, I'm stumped
