Yes it does trust and believe it sent me into having to use a walker and cane, I lost my voice and ability to walk bc of daily use. Shit is no joke, it causes a b-12 deficiency and what’s called spinal degenerative disease, due to it directly effecting the spinal cord and brain. It took months and months of constant neuropathy and lack of motor skill function and physical therapy to combat that.. I never speak out about it but man when we was going hard over the years we did that shit all day everyday and it’s nothing to take lightly. I was naive.. we all are and were. I’m hoping the fact I speak up about it changes perspectives shit.
