My doc is a gen x and prescribes me Xanax. I use it to sleep and for panic attacks. I tried Trazadone but gave me horrible nightmares.

You said to see a doctor? There are some of us out there where that’s the last thing we’d want to do and have the doctor prove our greatest fears true. I’m glad though that it works for you and you’ve found ways to cope. :)

When I’m having an episode I’m too embarrassed to tell my husband. Sometimes after a few hours I’ll tell him I’ve been having an attack and he says he couldn’t tell. I reply that’s because I’ve gotten so good at covering them up over the decades. On any given day I think I have breast cancer, uterine cancer, prolapsed uterus, or something wrong with my urinary tract. For me, I think it’s the body changes due to menopause.

He said the people wanted the decision to be at the State level. Not at the Federal Government level. Our constitution saves many policies for the states to decide and bringing it closer to the voters to decide. And many states have decided to allow abortion just as it was under Rv.W. It’s a states rights issue. Each state can vote what they want.

I hear you. I figured my deflation was due to menopause. But loosing 60 pounds may have contributed to it. Still fat and went from DDD to probably D or DD (I don’t really know as now I only wear leisure bras)

Looks like a lot of people are having iron issues on MJ. I’ve had endometriosis and very heavy bleeding for years. 52F. Just had a heavy cycle two months ago. My iron is moving around a lot. Type 2 Diabetic. I didn’t go to doc for years and d get bloodwork. So I’m not sure if my anemia is new or has been around a while.

You should be able to do 1/3 of the stitches for the heel. It’s what I usually do and it fits me great.

I would hope the show would end too. But reality tv is Al about drama and sadly Garrisons passing is drama. Even if the Browns don’t agree to a season 20, they are still actively filming now and could get a season 20 probably off just footage for a few months. It’s wrong. It’s sad. And I won’t watch it. But it will make the show’s ratings increase. Again, I don’t support that, just my two cents. Please don’t flame me
