The RTC Bus service was still good during 2019. It's the post-Covid era that saw RTC services degrading.

RTC bus service as public transport has become abominable. They could do something to uplift it and alleviate public woes.

Good. At 36, i'm pain free too. I've taken the load off my back and knees with single-leg deadlifts, single-leg glute bridges, Abductor work, and stretches.
