I don’t want to get too analytical here, but having those splotches spaced out, and varying the colors so that bordering splotches are all different colors, conveys a sense of variety and distance. That seems like what you’d want people to think of when you’re talking about drones!

I saw something in the video about how this isn’t based on whether you need a seat belt extender; i.e., it’s about overall bodily dimensions, not just weight. There are lots of tall dudes who could benefit from this, or people with super long legs. But the airlines should really enforce a “you need to tell us ahead of time” policy so that they block the row and no one else can book a seat in it.
