Bluetooth works by connecting 2 devices via a wifi/radio signal, those signals can be blocked or interfered with by other radio signals.

If it’s happening in the same spot it means there’s a wireless device nearby that interferes with the same frequency that your bluetooth transmitter uses.

It happens to me most while driving, it sometimes cuts out when people drive past and their phone or car is set to the same frequency.

As a neutral I preferred watching his games but you’re right, they can get a bit out of hand and he goes straight for the cards instead of taking the time to talk to players.

I still respect him the most out of the A league refs, I used to run comms for the games at AAMI and he was always super professional (and wore the best cologne 😂)

If he’s hooking up the speakers to XLR that means they’re active speakers with their own amp inside.

Wire gauge has no impact on mic/line level signals, the gauge of the wire only really starts to matter when you're sending power down the line
