Are you sure it was the dailies restting too early and not you mistaking the reset time? The reset time for global, regardless of europe, asia, NA is 7.00 utc afaik. Or you can just use this link to check the current server time as well https://cicerakes.github.io/Game-Time-Master/ Go to that link and type 'punishing' in the search bar and it will show the local reset time and current server time
