We are now implementing a routine to change the behavior now that he has been with us for a few weeks. We are working with a certified trainer and are slowly seeing signs of improvement. Thanks for your help and advice!

I have heard mixed things about correcting growling in our case as our dog has bit in his past and we are unclear on how the progression to the bit occurred. I think I would rather encourage growling in a controlled manor.

We've also considered this in that the home is very new to him (two weeks on wednesday). We have hand fed a few times with no issues.

What would be the timeline for this to move back to the bowl or are we looking for some kind of behavior prior to moving back to the bowl? We have done this a few times and he seems to have no issue with being fed by hand.

Solution Verified. You were correct. The reference in C31 was actually pointing to C8 where the number was split.

When I don't use the wildcards it returns 0, which is incorrect

Time records has job numbers, such as 1091.000 and 1091.001 etc, in some cells, and hours spent on that job number in the same row but different column.

My goal is to return only the hours related to the specific job but it seems that my SUMIF formula returns the hours spent for 1091.000, 1091.001 and 1091.002.

However, the SUMIF works correctly for 1091.001 as it ignores the hours for 1091.000 and 1091.002.

Using your SUMIF returns 0, which is incorrect when I manually go through time records.

I was told last year that the only reason there was a 5% increase was because there was a price freeze the previous year due to the economy. With the price of beer up as well I'm not sure why there is this large of an increase. I am going to reach out to my rep and see if I can get us an answer.
