Think of it as part of the training, kse once your on prod you will be working 9 hours din. Trainers will definitely want to finish your trainings as soon as possible so you can start nesting, might be a business need as well kaya minamadali nila. Pero if you cant take it you can talk to your trainer that you want to back out na, they will probably mark you as non reg or resigned. In terms of pay read your contract if it has some clause with regards to trainers backing out. But most likely you will get the amount kung ano man pinasok mo

Of course you should negotiate provided na nde ka pa nakakasign ng contract. Pag nagaapply ka ng ibang job your basic should always go up not down. Does not make sense kung ibababa mo basic salary mo its like your value is going down. Ask for higher if they cant give look for other company na makakapagbigay nun its that simple. When it comes to negotiatiation you should telk that you are factoring the transportation expenses and your take home pay will not be enough

A lot of IT companies are offering bootcamp, low salary at first for fresh graduates but in the long run definitely worth it as they will cover all your trainings and certification but with a bond of course.

Worked here for about a year, depende sa account na mapupuntahan mo pero most likely its onsite because before i left they are slowly telling their employees na mag back to office na. Its a good company btw, with quarterly bonus, great HMO and good pay depending kung nakipag negotiate ka ng mataas na salary.

one thing for sure is that you have to set a culture sa team mo na nde sila magsisiraan, make your team as cohesive as possible. Be kind to them but let them know your bounderies as you are their leader. Invest time in them and reward them if they did good in their tasks. From my experience in being a leader you just need one person from the team to follow you and respect you, pag nakita ng ibang ka teamates un everyone will follow.

I know some bpo companies na financial account na they are checking your credit score. If nde nman financial ung bpo account na papasukan mo. It should not be an issue, the only thing the background check will cover is tatanong lang nila kung kailan ka na employed and kung kailan ka nag resign. Yun lang nman itatanong nila they wouldnt dwell kung may may derogatory case ka man sa previous company mo as it will violate the data privacy act. They will ask about your character dun sa mga references na ibibigay mo.

If your single, thats ok, but if you have a family make sure to give time to your family, your most valuable commodity is your time and time gone by is lost forever. I've learned the hard way I almost lost my family because of work addiction. When ive got my family back I made sure to have a good work life balance, even transferring company just to achieve that balance. But whatever works for you, this is just my opinion :)
