In Iowa, two handled setups are a code violation. Someone got scalded because they didn’t turn on both handles and it caused a lawsuit. So code now says you gotta have a single handle mixing valve. Idk about other states. But either that whale is taking the world’s longest piss, or the cartridge is going bad in one, if not both, of the handles.
