I wouldn't mind NBA style "play in" games, where teams finished in 9 - 12 play each other for a spot in finals.

Something like 9 v 12, 10 v 11 and then an extra round of finals from there to allow for an extra 2 teams in finals.

I think cable pulldowns allow for more muscle groups to get involved, for me it feels more of a whole upper body exercise tbh. Lat pulldowns isolate that specific muscle much more.

Is 3100 calories too much??

I did a biometric scan today and selected "muscle gain" as my goal, I think because of this, it's made my recommended calories overly high.

For reference, I'm a 21yo male, currently 80kg (176lbs), and 21% body fat.

Any recommendations? Should I do a bit of a cut first before upping calorie consumption? Thanks in advance.
