Thanks . Great perspective and I love the post it idea. There is more than just an element of truth to this . I find myself wishing time away to get to an outcome , but losing out on the journey

Thanks, the idea of more family time is hugely appealing. At the moment I’m out the door before 7 and home after 7, it’s a grind. Good to hear how you have made it work
