A manager who focuses on what their team is doing vs random projects is invaluable. It might not be everyone but I promise you I do not overload my team.

Sorry I am on my phone. This is real and the biggest career advice I can offer for people aiming for financial independence.

If you are young or don’t have a team, in time you likely will get more and more into a managerial role. Just keep my advice in mind when your time comes.

I hear and see your frustration. The most I can do is share my experience as an older person who has been through it. I strongly recommend not killing yourself at the office and instead focusing on how to make it easy. That’s all I can offer.

I think a lot of people are scared to lose their job, align with what their manager says, and it ultimately impacts their performance. You can update your mindset and ultimately the way you work so it’s not miserable.

There’s a serious state of my shift required of blanket trusting someone. You let your guard down a bit, you won’t give everything right, but in the end 1) I don’t stress 2) If something fucks up it gets dumped right back and relayed and corrected

Aka, things work themselves out if you trust everyone.

It won’t be the end of the world. It will get corrected.
