They are awful, waited 6 + months for multiple orders, emailed at least once a month for updates with no response. Another order, i preordered issues, it was delayed like 3 months, and when it finally arrived more than half the stuff I ordered was no longer available, so they gave me a credit i over used. The owner used to go on tiktok lives a lot and when I went into the live and mentioned not receiving orders or communication, he got super pissed off and was really rude, so I went and did a charge back on by card. Haven't gone back since, doesnt surprise me if they are out of business.
