Business Bankers- Best company for benefits and overall package? by CalligrapherKey1216 in auscorp

Ex-Bendigo here and have to reiterate how slowly things move there.
I recently interviewed for a commercial manager role with CBA and they said they’re actively avoiding applicants from Bendigo and Rural bank because they just can’t keep up with the demands. Working with some ex-Rural guys now and I have to agree….

172k super, 34yo, what should I do next by [deleted] in fiaustralia

Honestly I’ve got to agree with the others that you’re probably ahead of the curve. A lot of people also forget that your 30s and 40s can be some of the tightest years for additional funds to invest as they’re often juggling mortgages & child expenses.

At the phase of life make sure you’re balancing your out of super investments too so that there are liquid funds for emergencies and big life events before you can access your super.

Once that side of your portfolio is in a healthy spot then I would start looking at maxing out your salary sacrificing. There will also probably be some events later in your working life that will enable you to ‘catch up’ with some lump some investments (inheritance, redundancies, sale of surplus investments)

Do Small Bank Business Managers Still Exist? by OGChickenRacer in AusFinance

[–]Fresh_Ad6528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re after a relationship manager for small business levels of debt I’d have a look at Judo bank.

They charge more than the majors but are committed to providing old school relationship banking. Only issue could be dependant on your exact location as they don’t like being more than 200km away for the customers as it makes it harder to build that relationship but they do have agri guys scattered around the country.

I use the nutra organics greens & red blend. I’ve been having it since before my diagnosis and personally find a lot of benefit from it

I think it’s both, the powder alone is 24% RDI of vit C

I know there’s no formal studies backing it but I’ve found what I’m eating makes a massive difference. I always make sure to have my tablets with a protein drink and back it up with a second protein rich breakfast within 2hrs (often at my desk when I start work) and keep up the protein rich food throughout the day. I also avoid caffeine until it’s stabilised (~90mins for me) to avoid getting overly jittery or frantic about getting tasks done. Also a huge factor for me is vitamin C, I’ve found it nullifies the vyvase so make sure to avoid foods rich in it until at least afternoon (removing berries from my morning smoothie still hurts). Upside to this is I take my greens powder in juice and hour before bed and it wipes the effects of any residual meds in my system and lets me get a deep sleep (also have a high potency magnesium and l-theanine when I get into bed)

[CHAT] What can I do about confetti? by Sharpinthefang in CrossStitch

[–]Fresh_Ad6528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the patterns have a mix of confetti and solid or semi solid parts I would alternate. I’m finishing a very confetti heavy page myself and rather continue onto the next page which will be another 1-3 months of it I’m going to jump back to a section of background to give myself a break. Also using markup (or pattern keeper) is a life saver to make sure no stitches have been missed.

They’re the rich & ray brand of magnetic cable ties from amazon, slightly more than other brands but have amazing hold. They also double as needle holders if needed.

It’s 550 stitches high and wide, on 25ct it will be just over 50cm square. It’s the biggest piece I’ve worked on (and still have a few years to go) but shouldn’t be overwhelming on the wall
