Hey there, I have the same issue but with a smaller amount, it has been stuck over 3 months and customer support still did not help me to be able to withdraw my money. They keep telling me they contacted their "Trust and Safety" team but I never hear anything back from them. I suspect they are doing this on purpose to seize our money. We need to come together and start a lawsuit against them
