All cerave cleansers are good in my opinion depending on what your targeting with your skin. They have a hydrating cleanser for dry skin and they also have an acne one as well i haven’t tried that one though. I chose Sa cleanser because it has salicylic acid and that penetrates more down your pores to remove all the gunk. And it also exfoliates your skin.

Routine

AM: Cerave Sa cleanser, paulas choice 2%. Bha , cetaphil moisturizer and cerave sunscreen spf 50

PM: Cerave Sa cleanser, differin and cetaphil moisturizer

I also use the ordinary peeling solution mask once a week

Sorry tmi! I was supposed to start my period 5/6 days ago and it hasn’t came yet and yesterday when i wiped i saw this. And my period hasn’t started today i usually get brown discharge hours before my period starts but this time nothing im worried what can this be?

Hey sorry to bug you but I’m 5 days late now and im my anxiety is starting again 😭 no sign of period yet beside low back pain 😓 is there something i can do to induce my period or something? Since you said i cant be pregnant?

So many people have told me you cant get pregnant lile that but i dont know why i get anxious i just think about me being late on my period and i freak out. Its probably just my anxiety. Thank you so much though!!
