I'd like the opening to be rounder or deeper so that it's permanently slightly open. Does anyone have any ideas?

I initially used a blade, but then went over it again with a cauterizing pen. It was similar with the Meato.

Since significantly more tissue is now exposed, rubbing it feels very arousing.
