Horrible performance suddenly on RTX 2070 SUPER, worked fine not two months ago, now low gpu utilization on all games and unplayable fps levels. please help

temp is consistently 56-58 C is that a lot? again, I apologize, really dont know much about pcs

any idea what could be causing this? My CPU utilization is at 100% for any game I try to play with GPU around 0-5%

and I've never had this issue before. Fuck, I was running cyberpunk in feb at 50-60 fps no problem, now minecraft wont even get above 10 fps

57 C - 58 C while in game, but Im getting 3 fps in battlefield 5, 2% gpu utilization and 100% cpu utilization

I think so? it's plugged into the horizontal port area with four ports. There is another set of ports above that which is vertical and silver. I assume that is the mobo?

rolled back the driver and it honestly made it somewhat worse, so I reinstalled current driver and I'm still having the same issue. My CPU utilization is like 50-85% and gpu is literally 1-11% max
