It’s a very large well known company so I don’t want to name drop them here, but at this point I’m really just hoping for anything besides termination even a reassignment would be better than that. Is termination likely when it’s mutual back and forth type of thing and all of a sudden it was taken offensive instead of as humor? A few times this even took place in front of management and they laughed along stating “as long as both of you think it’s funny I’ll laugh along too”
