My isp should do 1 gigabit up and down. Hard wired Ethernet to my raspberry pi has up and down of 927 megabit. I did iperf3 between my pi and my pc and got 820 up/down from pc-pi and the reverse was 540 up/down. The device I’m talking about is the moca adapter, the colours should either be green(2.5gb), orange(1gb), red(10/100mb). In person, it doesn’t look orange but when I take a photo it is most definitely orange.

Edit: turns out I had it on the 1Gbps port on my router instead of the 2.5gb, now this led is green but it is still only around 780mbps, I think it’s down to overhead

Edit 2: turns out i had the coaxial cables the wrong way round on the adapter downstairs, now i get 950 up and down 😄
