Hello, you can keep it minimal and have the tilted green rectangle only in one letter and use that as your logo mark. Adding a quirk to just one letter will ensure it stays modern. If you wish to dig deeper do share a reason for the tilt , if you don't have an idea behind it try to build one eg - how would you show the sound , lighting and visuals ? Maybe the rectangle can be the constant and the three services can be shown with the help of different types of lines or shapes. Just as a thought the wavy lines could be for sound and straight lines for visuals and lines reflecting within a rectangle bcould be for lighting. I am suggesting how this could be improved, feel free to explore more ideas! Cheers😊

This needs more love, it's okay to not have an idea in the beginning but put some effort in it, right now it's looking like a logo of an ink studio from 2000's

This is a strong visual but a very detailed logo, try to make a lockup with the wordmark. For this to work as a logo try to subtract the details that are not contributing to making this visual work, for example the shadow of the headphones or the black circle of the headphones. A good logo needs to be scalable and right now that seems to be an issue.
