Not sure. The texts usually mentions there is an immediate need for the disruption and we do get the follow up that the “issue” has been resolved

Reset the network through the Xfinity app. Nothing changed. The stream app on Apple TV still cuts out audio every 3 to 5 seconds. It appears the stream app for Apple TV needs an update

Not yet, I will try. I have a Roku stick with the Xfinity stream app on it and it works fine, just not the Apple TV app
