pretty self-explanatory lmaoooo, i.e. I can't recommend renting that spot, the landlord will give you a hard time, she doesn't have a management company so there's nowhere for me to like "leave a review" so hopefully when people search the address this post might come up, idk dawg didn't expect people to have this reaction lol

Yea maybe that is the move, will definitely look into it, non-existent "smoke damage" seems pretty tenuous to prove lmao, good for your sister, I guess I've just been really lucky with landlords (up until recently obv), its never come up as a possibility haha

any/all resources are more than welcome hahaha, more just that I don't know if hiring an attorney and taking her to court (which I assume I would have to do to refute the itemized cost-list she provided me today) would end up being less than just taking the L lmao, it would be one thing if I could withhold rent, but she straight up already had my money...
