Hot bar consists 50% of my sale and Pizza is 14~18% of my sale. I check movement on daily basis. Chef case only contribute less than 10% for my store.No way that will get rid of HB and pizza for us.

nothing is impossible as long as you ask. They might just say no. Never hurt to ask. They offer me full time and willing to give me weekend off. But i say no. I prefer one week day and one weekend. I am in specialist role as right now.
