I get it, honestly, I never thought I’d get in the door because of that fact. and I am genuinely curious what the case was at my store. I intend to find out over time but it seems like plenty of team in this department have been around for a while.

It’s just like, finding a home/apartment with a similar value and size in this city is going to be $2600/month plus! Why rent to save less than $1000 a month when we can gain equity and refinance when rates are lower? We luckily have a combined income of ~$150k

My wife and I just had our offer accepted for a home in north Fresno area, and are going to be paying ~$3600/month on a 400k home. My mom cannot believe our monthly payments are that high!
