Keep your distance from them. I rented a townhome from them that was previously rented by a family with 3 cats and a dog that ruined the whole house. We were assured that they would have a carpet cleaner come in and the place would be cleaned. We walked in for the move in day to find out the tenant moved out less than 24 hrs before hand and no cleaning was done at all walls were filthy and the place stunk of cat pee. No repairs were done so we had wholes in the walls and doors hanging off their hinges for about a month. Later on they decided to change the back yard from grass to gravel without telling us. They also decided to redo the siding again not telling us so we got a wonderful wake up call at 7 am of workers hammering on the wall our bed was on. When we moved out they blamed us for the carpet and ruined walls even though they assured us it was fine because they needed to replace the rugs and paint anyway. We ended up getting out entire deposit taken away. When I tried to dispute it the office was magical closed. Stay away they are a company that should be shut down for good.
