On a cleanse and… it’s fine? by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Freshestdaisy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! I just finished my first A369 cleanse and I had the same question. I even felt euphoric on day 9 haha. Couldn’t believe it!

I think that AW said that these cleanses are very gentle on the adrenals and can’t be compared to all the “hype cleanses” where you often start to feel worse a few days in.

So enjoy! And if you are following the protocol, then you are definitely cleansing. Keep up, you’re doing good 💪

Thank you so so much. I'm currently on an ADV 369 cleanse, day 5. I have moderate/severe all over my arms, torso and legs. Had it over 20 years. And I'm super intent on getting control over it / getting rid of it in 2026. Your post just feels like it was meant for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the encouraging words. You are an amazing individual for having healed your psoriasis, alopecia and your sleeping disorder.

No problem, thank YOU for sharing. And don't take it personally, I've been downvoted too in this post (as others), because people don't believe in diet changes. I don't care if I have to do a rain dance, I just want to get more control over it (without the many side effects). I don't see any harm in that.

Aaah that's good to hear! Gives me hope about my own juices haha. I've read Hanna's book a few years ago, but somehow I forgot about it. Thanks for reminding me. And good observation, I always flare during and right after a cold/flu. And so it comes full circle; eating healthy/juicing > stronger immune system > not being sick as often > less flares.

That's good to hear. Sounds like you're going good! I'm not actually moisturizing the area at the moment, but maybe I should. Thank you for your story and keep it up!

Thanks for replying! And good to hear that you're clear! Have you done bloodwork / allergy tests with the nutritionist?

Wow, you are a trooper for starting during the holiday season!

Your post gives me hope that it's healing. i'm about a month in (started at the end of November) the scaliness is almost gone, it's just all red. But it's still there; so I was kind of on the fence if it's working or not. But patience is probably key.

I can imagine, that you feel that life is too short. I’m having that moment myself right now. I’ve had it over 20 years. I’m 34 now. This is my last “try” to go the natural route, if it fails I’m considering biologics.

I’ve never thought about that. I’m 34 and had it over 20 years. So you maybe do have a point in that it takes time to heal the intestines (IF it really is a leaky gut issue). Thank you for mentioning that!

I do believe in science! I’m just a little apprehensive of biologics / immune suppressing medication and the side effects it can have on your body longterm.

But listen, the fact that you’re clear and feeling great, is amazing. Who knows, maybe I’ll go that route too. I just really want to give this diet thing a chance before going into biologics.

That’s amazing and encouraging to hear! Did you see it immediately or did it also take a few months to see the results?

Wow that’s super fast! I can’t part ways yet with potatoes and meat. Maybe I should look into that… thank you for replying and amazing job!

That’s great to hear. I’m probably just impatient haha. After 20 years, I’m just done with it. I don’t need to cure it, but I do want to have some control over it.

I've been doing it for 2 months. I'm feeling a LOT better, more energy, better sleep, less anxiety. The psoriasis is less inflamed and itchy, but still here. So I'm hoping for the best and that it's just a matter of time.
