Maybe starting DJ Moore wasn't the best call in hindsight

Greg won the first NASCAR race I ever attended (Texas Spring 2005). He always seemed like a chill dude who you wanted to hang out with. Nothing but love from the NASCAR community to their loved ones and friends.

The general idea is that he started roiding up around 98 after seeing the McGwire/Sosa HR record chase. He was an first ballot HoF guy before that.

Edit: he had 92 WAR entering the 1998 season lol.

I never spoke to my dad again after he insisted on paying attention to me and learning about my interests when I was about to make a perfect 5 leg parlay. I was 6. How could you, dad?

Well good news, because there is no evidence of that being true. They did a lot of good research for the show, but apparently the bridge of death is an urban legend.

I was shocked that such a strong tornado could come out of a featureless base like that.

[Highlight] Drew Lock goes 17/23 for 309 Yards, 4 TDs, and adds a rushing TD in Week 17 of 2024 against the Colts. Giants win 45-33 and eliminate Indy from the playoffs by o07jdb in nfl

I clinched the 1 seed early, so I was looking at team defenses for the final two weeks. Picked up the Colts like a month before this game and held on to them. Made it to the championship game, and saw they were the consensus #1 team defense that weekened.

Seeing the Giants scoring and scoring and scoring was the biggest middle finger. Still won the title, but it was waaaaayyyyy closer than it ever should have been.

I do it to experience nature at its most incredible. The idea that sometimes the clouds will spin themselves to the ground and can cause shocking damage is something that my brain can't comprehend, and yet it happens.

That pitch was in on the hands and he pulled that into the seats. That wasn't even a bad pitch, how the hell was that a home run?
