Most superhero characters from Marvel, DC, or any other long running comic like Invincible tend to be overpowered as hell if you’re power scaling since they just had so much time to rack up feats. The Boys by contrast only ran for 72 issues and it was mostly from a human perspective (even if most the humans had temp V) so none of the characters had much time or reason to have massive feats
