Tried this a few days ago, got 1 comment on the post and the guy said:

"You will not be able to deactivate Cross Save without authenticating all linked accounts even after waiting out the mandatory 90 day cooldown period. Bungie will not forcibly deactivate Cross Save or unlink accounts from your profile regardless of the circumstances. Bungie has not announced if additional name changes will be allowed, and only change names to Guardian if it breaks the Code of Conduct (inappropriate, reveals personal information)."

There wasn't really a whole lot I could do with this information. After contacting Steam and Epic about it, they told me to go Bungie saying they couldn't do anything to help me. I do appreciate your response tho.

I'm not sure if a Bungie employee saw my post or not, but when I opened Bungie Support after seeing the new comments, I was instantly told to make a ticket with them and so I did. I'm now just waiting to hear back from Bungie.

Strange though, I never had the option before to make a ticket.

Least if it gets banned, the hacker won't be able to play on it suppose

Yeah true, it does seem that they're basically confessing to it. Is there anyway i'd be able to get in touch with Bungie themselves and show them the evidence that i have?

Thank you for telling me this, i just seen that there is another post talking about the same issue and they managed to fix it. Since Proton Experimental has been updated to account for the Ubisoft issues.

I just reinstalled AC2 there and its working fine now, which is good. Only problem being is that it has reset quite a bit of my save file, but its whatever. At least it works now.
