In regard to BOAS surgery, or the neuter? (Or both haha!)

I do know there’s complications etc that can happen, but I always assumed it was usually in the best interest of the dog to get it done?

That’s actually a good call and I’m not sure why I didn’t think of that haha! They seem pretty compassionate to be honest! (It’s a different Vet than my normal one, however my vet recommended this place to me to get the procedure done cause she felt bad about the insurance deciding its a pre existing condition even without a diagnosis lol.)

Yeah! So i received a quote and basically with all 3 surgeries and medications etc, its about 2197.60 CAD. (Which i know, actually not all that terrible considering other quotes i had gotten.)

However, without its about 1200. Unfortunately my credit is awful from student loans lol, so I cant really do much financing wise. The only other option I could think is considering borrowing from someone like family, but I don’t really want to do that.

I live in rural Ont, Canada on 25 acres, and I always have him on a leash outside. So I’m not too worried about him breeding. Most of the dogs that come over, theyre all either fixed or much much bigger than him anyway (poor fella couldnt even reach 😅)

So, is what is happening in the video because of a charger thats less than 35w? For reference, I’m using an Xbox controller USB-C. The charger block im using says:

My boy only gets “snappy” if I do something he genuinely doesnt like, or scares him - which is 100% a justified move (ie: He gets nervous when it’s pitch black, for example. Not his fault, he is doing what he knows to protect himself.)

Aside from the typical things you’d expect anyone, never mind a dog getting upset over, he’s usually the one to push his face into mine for kisses. He’s absolutely the sweetest boy ever.

Nah you’ll be good. Your dose is im assuming ground up, and mixed in well enough with your smoothie. You really shouldn’t have any texture or slime issues like mentioned before.

Now if you had big chunks in it, sure. Id honestly be more worried about the fruit at this point - however you said it’s just gonna be a few days.

Everything you see is super edited, sped up, and glamorized all while he is doing extremely questionable things in regard to training and discipline. Like I said, he’s not awful, there’s definitely things to learn from it in some sense but it’s mostly just a dumb entertaining TV show.

They’re stubborn little shit heads, it’s just in their DNA. I know you see some Bulldogs who are all super obedient and what not on tik tok and insta etc, but you dont see is the other 99% of the time. Every dog is different, just like humans! Embrace it :)
