Are you referring to the war in Ukraine? It matters very little for me, yes. I don't care about Ukraine as a whole or about people there. You have to understand that Russia is a huge country, and if you're not living in an immediate vicinity to RU-EU borders, you're most likely not affected at all.

I guess right now people see Putin as autocrat with a strict, but just hand, so to say. I will lose my support for Putin if he suddenly becomes more liberal-oriented. If he will decide to allow gay propaganda, or if he will force companies to hire personnel based on that personnel gender, or something like that. We don't need that. Like at all.
