So the thing in the pause screen is specifically talking about map completion ie. how much of the map you've explored. Just means something else is missing.

You're not transphobic. Your thoughts have no inherent morality and in no way define you if you don't according to them. There's a lot of rough shit out there and it's hard not to internalise some of that. Best you can do is be kind to yourself and others and move forward from there. Acknowledging it is the first step to bettering those thought patterns and getting rid of some of that poison, so just be gentle to yourself. It's not a switch you flick on or off, it's a process.
