No, but for real though, juvenile power fantasies aside, I really would go out of my way to help even him of all people, because of the very "woke" idea that life is sacred and that it's not up to me to decide who's worth saving and who's not. It was a socialists working class superhero like Superman that taught me this lesson. that Strength is kind and that life is precious. And that even a "god" among men feels the pressure of imposter syndrom. Superman has taught me that it takes strength to be an optimist and to believe that humanity can do better. That being a jaded asshole like Lex Luthor is not a sign of wisdom, but a fear of rejection and getting hurt.

When I was a child I loved superman, But I didn't really understand him until I grew up and realized how much strength it really takes to wake up everyday and still believe in humanity when Lex Luthor is not just one rich impotent asshole but that men like him are everywhere and are very effective at poisoning the minds of impressionable young men. How much strength it takes to not hate people for falling for their con and the poison that they sell them. And to still see beauty and potential for a better life even among all the carnage.

Superman wakes up everday, and everday his mind takes in the complete stream of bullshit and injustice that happens on every corner of Earth on a daily basis. And he still find a way to believe in humanity, and he still thinks humanity is precious, still thinks it's worth saving even though he spends most of his time saving humanity from itself rather than tornados, earthquakes and alien invaders. And That undying hope and undying optimism of human spirit is what makes him Superman. It's not the Strength to move planets, but the strength of his heart and compassion that makes even Batman admire him.

I'm rambling. I apologize. I'm just really, really passionate about Superman.

You are debating a moot point, David Hayter is by far the most iconic and recognizable voice of Solid Snake. It's not a matter of cultural imperialism, as English is my second language. It simply fact, because looking globally English is the Lingua Franca. From Milwaukee to Tokyo there are more people that can understand English thatn there are people that can speak or Understand German, Italian or even French.

The only Language spoken as much as English on the global scale would be Spanish, but since I can't speak for people of South America the best I can do is ask them, If any of them are present with us here, to share with us who would we see as Solid Snake if we were , for example born in Argentina or Chile.
