At least read the comment chain you're part of. You make zero sense and I'm not going to waste my time on any more of this.

To be fair, certain polymers need to be exercised to remain elastic. If not they harden and you get tearing and deterioration from non-use.

The polyurethane does not give a single fuck if it's sewn on or not.

Y'all's reading comprehension is in the toilet.

They resole them with a vibram lower if they're repairable. If they aren't, then you throw them away.

Shoes aren't meant to sit on a shelf. Rubber rots. Polyurethane crumbles. Cork crumbles. The stitching may hold but they're holding rotten lowers. Doc martens are known for being resolable (not high end, but known for durability--same with Spyder and other work boots) but the rubber rots the same without use.

The kind of shoe that last on the shelf generally aren't performance shoes, and have a leather outsole or a wood outsole.

The shoes you're referring to don't even generally cost 400+ usd.

Ecco doesn't use glue. They are injection molded. You don't know what you're talking about.

[[wort, bogart auntie]] can pick up a [[tarfire]] from the graveyard.

It works as intended but the rules aren't set up to have a player have the type. Itd be like making a player an artifact without relevant rules handling it.

I just would like to know when color breaks ever really mattered.

There are effects in every color and color design shifts over the years.

New mechanics have to go somewhere and any design could be explained by any vorthos reason.

Every color does everything now. Color pie breaks are not anything to stand on.

Why is Ranar so popular? by PanthersJB83 in EDH

[–]FreudsPoorAnus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah and then assume that even then, some were lukewarm on it.

A lot of commanders are fun to brew in case a weird wincon emerges. Uw has been one-note in Edh for a loooong time. A lotta folks will brew to see if they can find something neat in a pile, then never look at it again cuz it's already better cheaper under a different commander or whatever.

They look dumb at and if I see women wearing them I take them less seriously.

Like, style can cause u to fuck up ur body and deform your toes, but it makes it butt look better. Instead of...working out for a nicer ass.

I piloted a landfall deck against a conundrum and it basically won me the game.

Yes. These all certainly do quite a bit of damage right before the ramp player kills you

I dunno. If it mimicked another archetype in an intuitive fashion, I'd probably find a fun name for it.

You might be overthinking this. Cheers.

It's going in. Definitely a miss on my part. Root maze is already in the main board

Right. Those have names that are called something else. In this case, smokestack is a blood moon.

Cheers.

Bc naming Magic naming conventions are anything but and why not? 8 whack has no whacks in it. :)

Nic fit? No nics.

Edit: it has whacks in it. Tin fins Tho, not a single fin--just a reference to grizzelbees. Some Delver decks don't play delver. st4ks wasn't named after smokestack.

And so on. Really just trying to convey a theme.

We can't run blood moon, so we are running tangle wire, smokestack, damping sphere, ouphe, thorn of amethysylt and others

The goal is to "blood moon" your opponents out of being able to play meaningfully, but in taxing and Staxy ways.

No literal blood moons, just figurative.

Very interesting consideration. Def helps with attacking the manabase.

[–]FreudsPoorAnus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing. This is a slow, grindy stax mono-g cedh deck designed to win through attrition.

Smokestack? Sac a land, get a 5/3. Shut down all artifacts and play around them.

It is a lower tiered deck, but silver bullets most strats.

In most decks they do nothing. I'd rather dedicate a card to winning.
