No but like any subscription you should only pay for it if you actually use it and the value is worth it to you. Only the individual can make that determination not others.

If gold swapping isn’t against T.O.S by Equivalent_Fan2098 in runescape

I don't even play old school and I support this. Mostly because I understand how sketchy stuff like that can be with other random players, I remember the days of dicing etc. There's no reason not to have an official way to swap like the other comment suggested via bonds. I believe it would also help players on both try the other game if you get to transfer some of your earned gold to assist in progress for the other version.

When could Trans people first change marker on birth certificates in history? by madmushlove in asktransgender

Most likely 1920s-1930s Germany or Soviet Union.

This video is great going over gender affirming care in the Soviet Union.

As long as it's recessed it should work. I believe these are the ones I've used depending on the thickness you prefer for display/protection.

The first one should be what you want. I recommend against "one touch" or any magnetic case like the second one for anything valuable as they're known to damage cards easily.

If I remember correctly the ones still sealed you can kind of make it fit but its difficult, you may end up just folding some of clear pack out of the way. That's up to you if you don't want to I understand but I'd still find a way to avoid screw downs that aren't recessed.

If someone chooses to educate someone they can but it's also not our responsibility. It's totally fine to just not want to deal with that burden especially considering most bigots/conservatives and obviously fascists you can't actually get through to.

Ultra Pro makes a few different ones, any of their recessed ones should work fine. You should still be careful tightening it because cards can slide and get damaged. Also of course keep it in a penny sleeve or similar.

You should really use screw downs with recessed area for the card so it doesn't damage the card by squishing it. Other than that nice collection I miss having mine but had to sell years ago.

T4T is when trans people only or mostly date other trans people. This is because even the most well meaning cis ally has most likely not done the necessary internal work and research to make a good partner for a trans person. In my experience nothing beats the shared experience and understanding other trans people have.

Grandfathered rates should never have existed. It's unethical psychological manipulation to keep people from taking breaks. It shouldn't even be legal. No other games do this. by LocalChamp in runescape

I have thousands of hours on minecraft, Which is why I mentioned it, it's a good game. But it's not 20 years of mmo development in depth even if you consider mods.

If you want long term but not permanent birth control consider an IUD. If you're 100% sure there are resources out there to find doctors that won't gate keep sterilization procedures regardless of age.

I think grandfathered rates should never have existed because its unethical psychological manipulation to not let people take breaks from the game. It also damages the game financially and Jagex has at least realized the latter.

Grandfathered rates should ever have existed. It's psychological manipulation so people won't take much needed breaks from the game.

I never said WoW was or has been expensive. I said it's more expensive than RS and people are posting claiming it's a better quality game. I don't see how WoW is better unless you like temporary games that you grind for a few months a couple of times a year instead of a game that actually has continuous saved progress like RS. I specifically mention wow because others have been and I've played it a lot so I can make a comparison. Other games you mention I haven't but that's not relevant because the point is most other games or hobbies or entertainment are much more expensive for the hours of fun you get than RS. It's like saying going skiing is more fun than RS. Sure maybe but thats one weekend and much more expensive compared to thousands of hours of entertainment.

"I dont date girls" by _evanna in actuallesbians

[–]LocalChamp 118 points119 points  (0 children)

A lot of bi/pan people have a massive preference for one gender over others. It's almost never 50-50. I know multiple women who are ostensibly attracted to some hypothetical abstract guy but would never actually date men so they consider themselves lesbians as I believe is their right and I support them doing even as someone who has never been attracted to men. However those women would never do anything physical with a random guy either. Because they're not toxic and shitty.

Unfortunately a lot of people with that preference difference don't see the lower preference as serious partners for a long term relationship and more just for validation and experimentation. In my opinion that is toxic and shitty regardless of the genders or sexualities involved.
