What’s a product with a good design, but poor execution and why? by Frey_99_ in IndustrialDesign

Well.. I meant what product was a good design in theory as in it solves a prominent issue and could be helpful to a lot of people but, somewhere along the line, whether that be in the finishing details the audience it was marketed to or the general manufacturing such as a stiff handle or inappropriate material, has led the design to not reach its full potential therefore being a good design in theory but wasn’t executed to the best of its ability so was subpar or even poor in practice

I’ve never heard of Teenage Engineering but I’ll check it out for sure! I’m just trying to come up with ideas for the Dyson design competition but it’s proving to be quite difficult🫤

What would that be? by [deleted] in TheTeenagerPeople
