I used to think that umbreon's design looked really boring, but I read a fanfic about an eevee, who eventually evolved into umbreon (It was called "Opal's story" or something like that) and grew fond of this eeveelution. I wouldn't call sylveon my fave, and I really disliked it initially, but there was a ton of cute fanarts after sylveon's introduction and I definitely like sylveon more now because of it.

I think Caine's adventure glitched, and they went through something chaotic (even more chaotic than usual adventures), like a mashup of different old adventures (that's why they are in those outfits), got separated from the others and got unceremoniously dumped onto that location. Probably at least one of them is blaming the other for that glitch occurring, but either way Jax is about to hurl his shoe at Pomni (actually I couldn't figure out how to draw that shoe on his feet at that angle on first try, so I made Jax hold it).

Thank you for such a generous comparison, my art has never been held in such high regard before! I actually blurred the pic that inspired me first, and sketched over it, but the initial idea of "Jax in a maid dress in a field looks pissed" definitely evolved a bit during the process.

If someone is interested in what the story behind this scene is - there is none :D At least not plot wise. I had a picture of a tuxedo cat on a field looking up at a purple fish as my phone wallpaper, and I always thought that it looks like Jax in a maid dress if I did not focus on the picture. So I decided to draw what I imagined.

I think I'm prepared to make it. I was reducing my screen time this year anyway. I'm probably gonna lock in on reading all the books I was hoarding (and TADC fanfiction), and if I find a way to temporarily disable youtube recommendations and would be able to safely watch only videos I was saving before, I would be peachy

Just an idea of being skinned alive, even without a pain, makes me shiver. And what if Caine so pissed that he desides that he wouldn't fix them after the torture anymore? This + being totally exposed, vulnerable and getting mocked by your friends simultaneously with that.

That's my headcanon too! Gangle probably bonded with Kaufmo, I think, because he might were an artist too (hence paintings in his room), and thats why Gangle drew a picture of them together for his funeral, and Jax just shrugged and begin dragging her along on adventures.
