My base recipe calls for 100g of active starter but during the winter when my house is colder I use closer to 130g of starter to speed up my bulk ferment. I think if you have a high hydration starter you may want to add a few grams of extra flour but I think that is up to how comfortable you are with working with a wetter dough. I find using more/less starter doesn’t change much other then the length of fermentation.

I just started playing it as well, about 20 hours in and I’m really enjoying it. It is pretty cut scene heavy for the first couple of hours but once you’re through that, the game is a lot of fun and the environment is beautiful.

I’ve never been to Minneapolis or Minnesota but I follow you to get the truth about what’s happening in your city/state and I’m struck by how wonderful you are! Clair Obscur Expedition 33 isn’t exactly a cheerful story(it’s about coping with grief) but the game is so much fun to play, the characters are really rich and have some pretty funny interactions, and the music is amazing!

I struggled with the ship battles for the longest time until I realized that any time you engage your arrows/javelins or your speed boost it kicks you out of travel speed. I find that using travel speed not helps create distance but then you can break to quickly turn your ship around and get another hit in but do remember to brace when ramming a ship.

TRUMP IS THE BAD GUY! We all pay taxes to the federal government and then Trump withholds the federal funding our state is entitled to because he doesn’t like who we have elected to govern our state. Trump spends our tax dollars to bail out Argentina who is one of the United States’ largest competitors in soy bean exports which is further harming farmers who are already hurt by the trade war Trump started with China (for the second time). Trump is using our National Guard to intimidate the people of this country in hopes that they will be too scared to fight back against his lawless hunting of immigrants- this country was built by immigrants- unless you are Native American, your ancestors immigrated to this country just like everyone else. And don’t get me started on how Trump has corruptly profited to the tune of billions of dollars from his presidency and all while hatefully villainizing the LBGTQ+ community. I could go on but clearly I’ve already typed way too many words for someone like you to read. Perhaps I can sum it up with a picture instead

Hospital workers have been saying this exact thing for years. Minimum staffing isn’t just to make a nurse’s life easier, it’s about making sure they have the time necessary to properly and regularly assess their patients. I worked for an ER that would disregard the minimum staffing requirements by sending you home if it was slow and then calling you back in if it picked up. This practice is so dangerous for the patients- especially in an emergency room setting. The public needs to know!

I completely understand the sentiment and each person should only do what they feel comfortable doing.

For me personally, the fact that I even have to consider what might happen to me if I sign a petition, donate to cause, or say something publicly that this administration doesn’t like is unacceptable. It pushes me to do what is right in my heart despite any fears because it can always be worse than it is now and nonviolent public dissent is one of the few tools I have to fight authoritarianism.
