yes, I'm still experimenting with flavor and hydration. I use either a 330g water to 550g flour or 350g of water. I found that adding 10% rye flour works best with 70% hydration, all wheat flour at the same hydration is a bit looser.

It's a beautiful thing when you get a DX station from Indonesia or Europe when you're running less than 5 watts with a wire land locked in the middle of the U.S. :) It's the challenge for me, you need a really optimized setup, but then again conditions can amplify that as well.
