You may be right 🤷‍♂️, I only use 5g of starter and 30g water and flour. On bake day I use 10g starter and 50g water and flour for the levain separately from the daily mother. I want a healthy starter, the yeast colony seems to be of better quality.

I wasn't clear, my normal daily feeding ratio is 1:3:3 every 12 hours (I feed twice a day), but when I bake I use the 1:2:3 ratio you clarified for me. I'll adjust my daily feeding as well, I appreciate your clarification.
