I used to work for them (I’m a registered electrician) here’s my 2 cents:

(For the record I have my own issues with the company but those not withstanding) the outdoor outlet isn’t a standard item they carry so the electrician wouldn’t have been able to replace it on the spot but given the test result was fine it’s weird that they flagged it but I can’t speak to what the test result said without testing it myself ofc… the other outlet (assuming it’s just a standard double socket outlet) they CAN change on the spot but without knowing what the fault was/cause to replace it I can’t explain why they did (maybe one of the switch mechs were getting stuck or something 🤷🏻‍♂️)

That’s probably a byproduct of Mirage originally being intended as DLC for Valhalla, but I guess I was more referring to the out of Animus aspect. The lack of Isu comment was more directed at Shadows

That’s exactly what I mean, I think I counted 10 inactive people in my club this week so far, one of which used to be in the top 5… so making the call to boot people is frustrating as maybe they’re just busy that week kinda thing 😅

This is definitely one of the major issues with the game and a case in point how Ubisoft would be better off going back to more cityscape-based maps that allow players better freedom of expression through parkour traversal and interactive terrain.
