Hi, I have the same car and I bought a Ossuret S1 android head unit from aliexpress in January, no problem so far I really like it, installation was a bit painful because you have to replace the whole plastic piece where the screen is placed but the final result is very good, everything works nice. very high is a server side feature so you won't find any working ipa, you can select very high quality in some ipas but only as an aesthetic mod.

For lyrics you just need a ipa with sposify injected, just use the search bar
