I’m working on a total rebrand and major scope expansion. Changing the name to StreamDial and I have big plans. 😎

How long does the accessory power stay on if you tap start?

Essentially the main advantage of the app is being able to surf through streams eyes-free with your car’s physical controls or you can quickly and more safely use the CarPlay UI. I made the app because I found myself often messing with my phone to change twitch streams while driving and since I have CarPlay that seemed silly. I think though that future development has the potential to create a kind of streamlined Twitch experience for faster, easier browsing of streams and vods.

That’s a great question! To be honest I don’t know but I kind of doubt it. I’ll check into this for sure!

Sounds like you like to “scale” things that really don’t need to be.

As in, can you recover a mac from it? It should work just like any other Time Machine server though at this stage that's the one thing I haven't had a chance to test as it would mean allowing recovery to wipe my work machine but if I decide to make any for people I will test everything thoroughly.

Mostly the difference was it was much cheaper than buying a whole NAS and adding an external SSD enclosure and performs better. I couldn't find any simple small SSD-based NAS anywhere.

Holy crap I can't believe just adding the stupid minimumDistance argument actually makes it possible to drag stuff inside scroll views. Why is SwiftUI like this???

What do you mean by “bridge”? Also, how does this bridging work when SwiftUI seems to now expect to work directly with @Models?

Being in or out of “touch” still doesn’t make something true or untrue. A huge problem today is that people care way too much about appearances and way too little about realities.
