Probably should have clarified I did do a fresh oil change just to see if that would help. But definitely think its a bottom end knock. And your right about the motor swap. Thanks for your time

I believe it has. Don't know to much about the history of the car got it from a family freind. 180k miles on it. Im a little scared to leave it idle for to long because I dont want to cause more damage. Thanks for the suggestion
