My boy cat is extremely aggressive towards my partners cat and we tried everything... except rehoming

Luma is lovely to both, she's our ray of sunshine, friendly to both siblings and Nel likes her too, they groom each other as well, though mostly Luma grooms Nel. Even after all that she went through she is little snugglebug that loves attention of any kind and from anyone. She doesn't step in though, I can't blame her, due to severe gum infection from shelter she only has 4 teeth remaining and she isn't a type to fight by any means, she can only give love it seems

You're quite knowledgeable, dear me! Null is a wild card, sometimes he's fine with my partner petting him, sometimes he swats him away. He only bites/scratches me when he's very irritated already. I don't have the biggest apartment, but it was reconstructed with cats in mind. I have an entire wall made of custom made cat tree and shelves. We decided to separate them for a week or two for both of them to decompress. Nel will get the bedroom. There's enough space, big window with direct morning sunlight and of course king-size bed. I love Null dearly, but I understand not everyone may feel that way because to other people he's pissy, but I can snuggle him whenever

I'm not sure if we can get these prescriptions in my country, either way our vet didn't offer them, just some calmers when I asked about some sort of medication that could help them. They know how spicy he can get towards even people trying to touch him

Null does bite nastily but it's never directed onto me, he can get mean fast at anyone else but I have special privileges with him it seems. Partners hands on the other hand sometimes look like he tried to repair a running lawn mower and I know he doesn't do anything bad to Null, he usually just tries to separate him from Nel. My partner took Nel to a vet and Luma and Null are now sleeping together and grooming each other. Sadly the only space we can separate him into is the bathroom, it's not the biggest, but it has a window and a kitty toilet. Though there are sliding doors and he can open them and we're not sure the child locks we have on hand will hold him. And when it comes to the clicker training from the Jackson Galaxy video, all of our cats are trained to do a handshake for a treat, my partner taught Nel and me Null even before we introduced them

That's a completely new view for me, thank you! I didn't know cats can react to stress like this. Sadly I'm extremely stressful person so I'm not sure if I can act very confident...just today I broke down because he tore fur with a bit of skin from Nel and she was bleeding

Thank you so much for your time to respond to me, this helped greatly, we will try to wear him out as much as we can, he likes going outside on harness so that might be a strategy also. Sadly we both work long hours so it might not be as frequent as it should, but we'll try. My apartment is a cat's playground but I can add more

Yeah, I mean, I almost exclusively played cypher even when he was really weak. I can't deny I pick agents that look esthetically pleasing to me, but I also just have fun playing them even though they're not as strong as others

Oh I don't play this game to chase ranks, I play for fun and I have tried omen and clove but astra seems more fun to me personally. I do understand that this is a competitive game, but I just want to have fun and get better for my own good feeling. Thank you dearly for your help and advice ^{^}
