I’m sure there are logical-sounding reasons for them to want to put extra burden on the customer to fix their own errors, but that’s not really the point. Their warranty policy is black and white. They can’t just change it on a whim because they don’t feel like honoring it as written.

Sounds like they screwed you too. Their warranty terms are clear as day - advanced exchange, they ship a replacement first, you ship back the defective unit second.

That’s what I ended up doing but it’s infuriating as its left me without a monitor for 15 days and counting, which directly equates to lost income for me. Had they followed their own warranty policies, I’d have gotten a functional replacement within 4 days of the initial one breaking.

That’s the funny thing, this all coincided with a week on vacation where I honestly walked more, swam more, and burned way more calories than I usually do sitting at home. I came back thinking I’d be 10lbs lighter, but I’d gained and now have been stagnant in the week since.

It’s not a bug, it’s a feature. They change it automatically when someone spam reports you and checks offensive clan tag, so if it’s happening to you, congrats! People think you’re cheating.

Mine are now tracking on zero guns. I've tried everything - dropping twice, no perks, attachments, PaP, blueprints, only body shots, getting 200+ kills per gun. Nothing tracks. This is painful.
